Our Team

William Fulton MD

Dr. Fulton grew up in Apache Junction, Arizona and is a board-certified physician with extensive experience in aesthetic medicine. As the previous Medical Director at a Medical Centre in Scottsdale, Arizona, Dr. Fulton assisted with the introduction and implementation of aesthetic services. With the desire for so many individuals to look their best Dr. Fulton has opened Skinovative of Gilbert a state of the art Medical Spa.

Dr. Fulton is a fellow at the American Academy of Emergency Medicine and a diplomat for the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Arizona, College of Medicine. During medical school he earned honors in Biochemistry, Family Practice, and Emergency Medicine. He also researched End-Tidal Carbon Dioxide during Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. Dr. Fulton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Arizona State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He completed residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center's Department of Emergency Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. During his final year in residency he was a Chief Resident.

Dr. Fulton has appeared on national and local television and radio programs, including CNBC's Today's Health, KNXV TV 15 (ABC) Sonoran Living, KTVK TV 3 (indep.) Good Day, Arizona, KNIX FM, and KCTK AM Your Second 50 years.

Karena Fulton

Karena grew up in Taylor, Arizona. She has successfully started and owned a small business and brings her business knowledge to SKINovative. She has an enthusiasm for life which is contagious. Karena has been interested in medicine for many years. She is a certified Laser Technician. She is also certified in PCA Skin Care as well as Jane Iredale Mineral Make-up.

Chelsea Carity

Chelsea grew up in Gilbert, Arizona. She has had an interest in aesthetic medicine and has worked in the aesthetic industry for the past several years. Chelsea is a Licensed Aesthetician and certified Laser Technician. She is also certified in PCA Skin Care with Chemical Peels as well as Jane Iredale Mineral Make-up.
